Welcome to Seed Starter PTY LTD! Thank you for supporting our mission to make seed germination easier, smarter, and more accessible for everyone. Before using our website or purchasing our products, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. About Us

We design, manufacture, and sell seed germination devices, including The Sprout, FlexiGerm. and The Germinator. Our products are intended to assist in the germination process, but due to the natural variability of seeds and growing conditions, results may vary.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

Our devices are tools to support seed germination. However, many factors influence successful sprouting, including:

  • Seed quality and viability

  • Seed age and storage conditions prior to use

  • Environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, sunlight)

  • User care and attention

We cannot guarantee results and are not responsible for unsuccessful germination due to issues beyond our control, such as:

  • Use of old, damaged, or improperly stored seeds

  • Incorrect settings or misuse of the device

  • Placing the device in direct sunlight or extreme conditions

  • Neglecting watering, soaking, or timing guidelines provided

3. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your germination journey. If your device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it so we can help.

  • Change of Mind: We accept unused, unopened items for return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

  • Faulty Products: If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it or refund your purchase, including return shipping.

  • No Refunds for Germination Failure: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for germination outcomes, as seed behavior is naturally variable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, and product technology (including our patented devices) are owned by Seed Starter PTY LTD. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seed Starter PTY LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this site is used only for order processing and customer service. We never sell or share your data without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. By continuing to use our store, you accept any changes made. The latest version will always be available on our website.
