Returns and Refund Policy

At Seed Starter PTY LTD, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If there is an issue, we will do our best to resolve it quickly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product if possible

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will:

• Replace the product, or
• Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

Return shipping for confirmed defects will be covered by Seed Starter PTY LTD.

Change of Mind Returns

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• The product is unused
• The product is in original packaging
• The product is in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Germination Outcomes

Because seeds are living biological material and germination depends on environmental conditions, refunds or replacements cannot be issued based on germination success or failure.

Our products are designed to assist the germination process but cannot guarantee results.
